About this policy

This policy covers praznici.kodmee-studio.com. No account is needed to read its public calendars. Separate employee and administration services are not covered.

Hosting and security

KodMee Studio hosts the website on its own server in a private local network. Administrative access uses a Tailscale VPN; public pages are delivered through Cloudflare Tunnel and Cloudflare's security services. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request data; our server records technical request logs to keep the service reliable and diagnose faults. Technical logs rotate automatically according to configured storage limits. The legal basis for delivery and security is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare explains its processing and international transfers in its privacy policy and data processing addendum.

Remembering your calendar

Your browser automatically saves your last calendar, year and language so you can continue from the homepage. The selection has no automatic expiry. Use “Forget” on the homepage or clear this site's browser data to remove it. The remembering feature does not transmit the stored selection; opening a calendar still creates an ordinary page request.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page usage and performance. Reports include pages visited, referrers, countries, browser/device categories and loading times. Page addresses reveal the calendar, year and display language. Cloudflare states that its analytics uses no cookies or browser storage to track visitors, although your browser connects to Cloudflare for measurements. The application itself sets no cookies; Cloudflare security checks may use them. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and its cookie information.

Error reports and contact

The error-report link opens an e-mail draft to developers@kodmee-studio.com with the calendar, year, language and page address. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself. E-mails are handled through Zoho Mail; see Zoho's privacy policy. We use your sender details and message to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR), then delete them when no longer needed, subject to legal retention duties. Please do not send employee records or information about anyone's religious beliefs.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing (Arts. 15–21). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Contact us at the address above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
